Best car buying experience ever! We had already been to two Honda dealerships having poor experience. My mind was made up that if this visit didn’t work out it wasn’t meant to be for We had already been to two Honda dealerships having poor experience. My mind was made up that if this visit didn’t work out it wasn’t meant to be for a Honda. From the phone quote to the walk in the door to the leaving with a car was flawless! I spoke to Regina for a phone quote. We had a very nice informative conversation. My quote request was on a very specific car down to color and Interior color. The price quote was not the lowest online quote but she made me feel comfortable with her quote, enough so to make me wanna drive 45 mins to get there. On Sat., before we came, I called and talked to Rachael to confirm the car was actually on the lot. She assured me it was so my trip would not be a waste. Upon arrival to the dealership, when walking in the front door we were greeted by Barbara who was very bubbly and was aware of my visit, even knew my name. She told us that the car we wanted to see had been taken for a wash and would be done in minutes. It came up shortly with our salesman Mark Filip. Mark took my driver license to copy and then explained some features on the car as we prepared to take a test drive. On returning from test drive we were offered a beverage before sitting down to discuss details. Mark made the whole process after that very easy. He was very informative and explained every detail of the car before and after purchase. Chris Beck also took very good care of us in the process of paying for the vehicle. From start to finish the process was flawless and progressed without hitch. My husband and I are so glad that we ended up at JL Freed Honda. Every person involved made us feel comfortable in the process and not like we were being taken advantage of. We would definitely drive 45 minutes back to this dealer for our next vehicle. More
