Felt a bit forgotten I took my van in for inspection and they assured me it would be a fairly simple process if my car didn't need any additional work. When they came out I took my van in for inspection and they assured me it would be a fairly simple process if my car didn't need any additional work. When they came out with the paperwork my test my car had passed all the tests but it needed new brakes if I wanted to go through with it. I told them to just stick with the regular inspection and no additional work. The woman assured me that they were just wrapping things up and my car would be ready soon. I continued to wait probably about a half hour longer and then I was growing impatient. Went back up to the front desk and a man asked if he could help me. I said I was just waiting for my car to be wrapped up. He went searching for my paperwork.. It appeared that some of the workers went on lunch break and my paperwork was just sitting there waiting, stalled. I think they could have been a little bit more on top of things and checked me out in a more timely manner. More
