Service team is polite and attentive to what the needs of th I've been coming to Freed for 17 years. Their service bar has already been set high as far as I'm concerned. Oil change and tire rotation surprise I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I had a recall also I wasn’t aware of. Took care of it immediately and I was out in 45 minu I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I had a recall also I wasn’t aware of. Took care of it immediately and I was out in 45 minutes. When I drive a away in realized my control panel wasn’t working and I could control anything so turned around and went back. They said they due to recall they forgot to plug something in behind my glove box which they said they fixed. Off I went home 45 min away. Got home open the glovebox and it would close back off. It wasn’t fixed right. So I had to go back 45 min again the next day. It was an easy fix but it was a three time visit which was utterly annoying More care needs to be taken to ensure a simple maintenance trip does not turn into ppl rushing to get you out rather than take an extra 10 min to make sure they have it right. I’d rather wait another -0 min than to have drive back 2 more times. Just awful this time around. More

I have consistently had excellent experiences and felt I was treated with respect and only charged for things that actually needed to be repaired/maintained. In fact, during my visit yesterday, they repaired a hole in my tire and looked over the rest of my vehicle at NO CHARGE! Absolutely love this place. More
