Express Oil Change was anything but Express I went to JL Freed for an oil change since I bought my car from them. Asked for the Express Oil Change when I pulled up and asked how long it would ta I went to JL Freed for an oil change since I bought my car from them. Asked for the Express Oil Change when I pulled up and asked how long it would take. Was told it would take about 35 minutes. After waiting over an hour I asked a service member how much longer would it be since I was told it should only be 35 minutes. At that time I was informed that I should have been told it would be an hour to 1 1/2 hours. An Express Oil Change should NOT take an hour and a half. The only good part about the wait was dealing with the lady that checks you out. She is always happy and friendly and chats with you. More

Amazing service! I got in my car yesterday and all of my check engine lights were on, power steering, hill assist, all kinds of things. I contacted the dealership. They came to my job, picked up my car, brought me another, fixed the car, rotated tires, inspected it and then brought it back to me, in a period of three hours. I could not ask for better service! JL Freed keeps me (and my Honda) running well I have bought Hondas from JL Freed back from when they were on Broad St in Lansdale. The service they have given me has always been excellent. Great Job I came in for an oil change and for the airbag recall on my honda civic. I was created at the service center and as a first time customer they made su I came in for an oil change and for the airbag recall on my honda civic. I was created at the service center and as a first time customer they made sure to tell me what the process was. As I made an appointment online (which was easy to use) all my information came through and I was on my way. The while process only took an hour and a half and I recieved a call telling me my car was ready. This was much quicker than I expected. When I came in the car was brought around quickly and they went over my car. Overall awesome experience! More
