Very honest ppl “ Exceeds Expectations!” I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my pri “ Exceeds Expectations!” I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Patrick Coluci took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Patrick Coluci, and J.L. Brake service I have normally been pleased with the service at J. L. Freed, however I brought the CRV in because the brakes were grinding. They said that I should p I have normally been pleased with the service at J. L. Freed, however I brought the CRV in because the brakes were grinding. They said that I should put in new brake pads & have the rear & front rotors re-surfaced.. When I brought the CRV in for inspection in October they did not mention any problem or excess wear and passed the brakes for inspection. Now 4,000 miles later there is grinding. If I was informed in October that there was a problem I could have taken care of it then & maybe I would not have had to re-surface the rotors. More
