Normally good service, but not this time. Normally exceptional service, but not this time. Had to get the gear shift repaired on a two year old CRV. Repair went ok but tech forgot to put cover back on. Called to find out when I could come back and when I returned they couldn’t find the cover and didn’t have a spare in stock. I now have to go to the dealer a third time for a simple warranty repair. More
