Left Hanging Service Adviser (Brandon) left us hanging as to when our Pilot would be finished. He said our vehicle should be done by 5:30 pm but would call to le Service Adviser (Brandon) left us hanging as to when our Pilot would be finished. He said our vehicle should be done by 5:30 pm but would call to let us know for sure. He never called and when we called at 6 pm we could not get through to anyone at service . When we picked up our vehicle the next day we were told it was done at 5:30 pm. Don't know if we could have picked it up then but would have appreciated a call either way. We have always had good service before with our 2011 Pilot. More
