Noise Resolved Chris Roatche (Service Advisor) and Eric (Shop Technician for over 35 years at JL Freed) provided excellence service to resolve the intermittent noise Chris Roatche (Service Advisor) and Eric (Shop Technician for over 35 years at JL Freed) provided excellence service to resolve the intermittent noise problem I was hearing. Chris was able to have Eric go with me for a drive test. Since the noise was intermittent, it would be hard for anyone to hear what I was hearing. Eric was able to diagnose the problem from the passenger seat. Eric was able to fix the problem right away. The coordination between Chris and Eric saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Very much appreciated ! More
