Mr Cha is a pure professional. He makes you feel welcome and at ease. Not once did he try and sell me something that wasn’t within our budget or plan. He is very knowledgeable of the Honda products and very patient. We looked at several vehicles and test drove a few. After making our decision he personally picked me up at the house for my convenience. The process was very efficient and painless. I would highly recommend David Cha to all my friends and future customers. He definitely exceeded our expectations! Chris Beck was also very professional and efficient in processing the paperwork.
