Disappointed I purchased a car from J.L. Freed six years ago and have been taking it to be serviced at this location since that time. I usually have a very nice ex I purchased a car from J.L. Freed six years ago and have been taking it to be serviced at this location since that time. I usually have a very nice experience, but was disappointed yesterday. My vehicle was in for inspection and for the ignition to be looked at. After spending a large amount of money and rearranging my day to leave the car, my oil light came on as I was driving home. Now I need to schedule another time to bring it back. When I called the service department this morning, the woman I spoke to told me it is not a part of inspection to check this. I expressed my disappointment and her response was, "Yeahh, it stinks!" I'm not sure that my husband and I will be bringing our cars back to this location for service in the future. More

115,000 miles and still rolling My light for service came on in my 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid with 115,000 miles on it. Without calling, I stopped by JL Freed at 7:30 am yesterday. My brother picked me up for breakfast and I received a call during my second cup of coffee that the car was done. Total cost - $42.35! As usual, everything works seamlessly at Freed's and I can rely on quality service at a fair price. More

Car was in to replace the touch screen and update 18-137. When the oil was changed under the update the oil filter was not changed. I was told that under the update that only the oil was called for changing, When the oil was changed under the update the oil filter was not changed.
