Disappointed I purchased a car from J.L. Freed six years ago and have been taking it to be serviced at this location since that time. I usually have a very nice ex I purchased a car from J.L. Freed six years ago and have been taking it to be serviced at this location since that time. I usually have a very nice experience, but was disappointed yesterday. My vehicle was in for inspection and for the ignition to be looked at. After spending a large amount of money and rearranging my day to leave the car, my oil light came on as I was driving home. Now I need to schedule another time to bring it back. When I called the service department this morning, the woman I spoke to told me it is not a part of inspection to check this. I expressed my disappointment and her response was, "Yeahh, it stinks!" I'm not sure that my husband and I will be bringing our cars back to this location for service in the future. More

Car was in to replace the touch screen and update 18-137. When the oil was changed under the update the oil filter was not changed. I was told that under the update that only the oil was called for changing, When the oil was changed under the update the oil filter was not changed. I was told that under the update that only the oil was called for changing, but why would Honda do that? I thought that the filter should always be changed when ever the oil is changed? More

Car is now running like a top. More
