New car with style and great features Yesterday, I exchanged my 2016 Honda Civic lease for a 2019 Honda Civic lease. I was considering buying out my 2016 leaves but the features on the 201 Yesterday, I exchanged my 2016 Honda Civic lease for a 2019 Honda Civic lease. I was considering buying out my 2016 leaves but the features on the 2019 impressed me as did the size and style of the car. I decided to go with a new lease. Of course I haven't driven far in the car but I'm looking forward to enjoying it. More

Pilot - Check Engine light - difficult find My Check engine light came on while driving down the PS turnpike. Brought it to Freed Service. The car apparently had two issues, One of the coils was My Check engine light came on while driving down the PS turnpike. Brought it to Freed Service. The car apparently had two issues, One of the coils was quickly identified. After getting the car back, drove it less than 5 miles and the light came back on. The car was returned and the same thing after leaving a second time. Although the entire situation was frustrating, Freed was very accommodating with a temporary vehicle while they kept the car for a number of days to be certain it was fixed. Final resolution appeared to be a valve adjustment and thus far the problem has not returned. In the end, the Freed service team handled the incident with the proper attention and care to make this as painless to us as possible. More

Service above and beyond. Wednesday battery was dead. Took car first thing to dealership Thursday morning and battery changed in a jiffy! Was great. Later that same day, I got a flat tire while driving. I was able to get my car to the service center just as they were closing. The staff went above and beyond and assisted me with getting a new tire on my car. I also was pretty upset and the way I was treated by the staff was so kind. I will never use another service center or dealership. JL Freed is the best! More
