Freed’s Never Disappoints I recently had my 2018 CR-V serviced at JL Freed - state inspection, oil change, and service for a Honda recall. He will never respond to your multiple request via email. He is not friendly and should stay working on the background and not working with the public. The only reason I buy my Honda is because of the Service dept. Not because of the Sales dept who mocks you over $200-$300 every time with buying two autos in 1 year from them. The Assit Mgr is quick with his manners but he gets the job done. Thank you Service Dept.. More

Fast and Friendly I made an appt for a minor recall repair and decided to wait since I had some work I could do while I waited. As I was Che+keep not out I casually mentioned I tried to get a price on all weather mats but no one was at parts desk.
