Yearly Inspection and some minor things I would have given a 5 start rating, but one of my "minor things" was to have the headlights cleaned. The headlights are a thousand times better and l I would have given a 5 start rating, but one of my "minor things" was to have the headlights cleaned. The headlights are a thousand times better and look nice and clear- but at home, when I took time to really look at them, I found that the body shop worker had failed to clean the paint job surrounding the headlights. The green paint was coated with a thick white residue from the cleaning job and it took me some time to scrub it all off. For the price I paid, that should have been done at the shop and had I been able, I would have returned for them to do it. Other than that, everything else I wanted done was done well and in a timely manner. More

Good job, On time, Curtesy I got a flat tire with a big hole! Can’t fix! They replaced it! Did wheel balance, check tire air pressure, fix air pressure light sensor just 30 min I got a flat tire with a big hole! Can’t fix! They replaced it! Love JL Freed dealership I am a big fan of JL Freed as a whole but the service center hours are pretty inconvenient. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has issues getting ther I am a big fan of JL Freed as a whole but the service center hours are pretty inconvenient. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has issues getting there when they are available which is Monday-Friday from 8 to 4. Those are the exact hours I work each day. So in order to have my car serviced I need to take time off of work. I am not a fan of that. I would love to see evening service hours. That would be amazing! More

flat tire repair I would normlly have given an excellent however while the repair & cost was great -only a little over $21.00 when I got home & looked in my cargo comp I would normlly have given an excellent however while the repair & cost was great -only a little over $21.00 when I got home & looked in my cargo compartment everything was thrown back in every which way & the shelf was not put back on...again shoved /thrown into the back. then when I walked around to the right rear where the flat tire was that had been repaired there were these huge smeary marks showing glove/hand impressions of this yellow/tan grit kind of like that sand put down on the roads for snow. I had only 15+ min before driving to Freed stopped to put more air in the temp tire as it was low also, so I know there were not marks there before. When I tried to wipe it off w/ a wet rag... nothing... so had to drag out carwashing soap & wash the whole panel to get it off. It did not come off easy. I had to rub & reapply numerous times. while I understand it was only a $20+ express service job I still expect to get my car back the way it was when I drove in. regardless of the fact I have been a customer for well over 30yrs. Bottom line this is not the kind of service I have always gotten & expect from JL Freed More
