Never have I ever had a live MOUSE 🐁 in my car! But the “evidence” it left behind, left no doubt. Since I’ve only had the car 2.5 weeks....The first thing I did was t had a live MOUSE 🐁 in my car! But the “evidence” it left behind, left no doubt. Since I’ve only had the car 2.5 weeks....The first thing I did was to contact my salesman (Geoff Smith) to ask about bringing the CR V in to be checked for potential damage and/or a nest...Ewww! 😬 He immediately responded to my text and told me they would check it. The service department saw my car the very next morning. They noted what repairs were needed (minimal) and that the coast was clear of any unauthorized residents. What a relief 😅 The body shop is going to preform the necessary repairs soon. I appreciate the service department’s willingness to work me into their schedule. More

Great experience We were in the market for a minivan. JL Freed had the pre-owned vehicle we wanted. It was in great condition. Perfect car leasing experience JL Freed was amazing from day one. I’m a new Honda owner and expect to continue owning them bc of their customer service. Debbie was fantastic and able to answer any/all questions via email. I was able to confirm an array of cars that fit my wants, and she worked with finance to mock up some financing scenarios. Pat was as seasoned as they come and it made my experience seamless. There was no “gray” area most folks are afraid of. He presented scenarios and was flexible on any/all pain points. I intend to leverage both of them in the future and leverage JL Freed for all my car needs! More
