Good, prompt service I received good service and they finished promptly. One coincidence(?), shortly after leaving the service center, my low tire pressure light came on. The tires don't seem to be losing any air, so I am wondering if when they rotated my tires, did they do something to the tire pressure gauge on one of the tires? JL Freed Rocks! This was, by far, the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Started off with Regina Jacobs sending us a quote by email, wh This was, by far, the most pleasant experience we've ever had at a car dealership. Started off with Regina Jacobs sending us a quote by email, which was the lowest bid of all the dealerships I researched. As I was going through the process, she stood by her quote and was upfront, honest, and a real pleasure to work with. We were greeted pleasantly by Regina, when we arrived at the dealer, and she introduced us to Nico Shearer. Although we arrived at 4:30pm, and Nico had already been working since 9 am, he graciously escorted us to his desk, and proceeded to process our contract. Nico showed us the vehicle we had chosen, we confirmed the price given to us by Regina, and we proceeded with the purchase. Nico is very knowledgeable about the Honda product line, and answered all of the questions without hesitation. He was very kind, and once we were done in the Finance office, he took the extra time to go over every feature on the vehicle. JL Freed should consider him a great asset to their organization. And it didn't stop there. We were introduced to the Finance Mgr, Chris Beck, and escorted to his office. Best part of that experience....in and out in 15 min. Who could ask for more.
