Disappointed I visited J.L.Honda to change engine oil. The service man(i don't know his name)said that it takes around an hour. But I waited around 2 hours. But one hour waisted! However, the service man was mean and rude to response to me(his acting was like "it took 2 hours, so what?"). I don't know why J.L.Honda gets losing good service little by little!! Hopefully get better! More

Frustrating Process but nice repair. My CRV looks great after its visit to the body shop. Unfortunately the process and communication left a much to be desired. I scheduled the visit weeks in advance and was told that it would be finished in 2 days, or possibly require a 3rd day if there was damage that was not seen in the initial estimate. At lunch time on the first day, I called and left a message asking if they found further damage when they removed the front fender. No one returned my call. I called again at lunch time on the second day and spoke to Steve and he told me that there were two additional parts needed and he was waiting to hear back from my insurance company for approval. What he did not mention was that the parts were not being ordered until they got that approval. The JL Freed website clearly states that in this situation, parts will be ordered immediately. So they had the car on Monday morning, didn't submit approval for the parts until Tuesday and didn't even order the parts until Wednesday. This delay was unnecessary and cost me additional $$ in rental car costs. When I finally got the car Thursday the repair was great and they cleaned the car up nicely as well. Hopefully I don't need to use a body shop again. If I do, I doubt it will be JL Freed. More
