I knew I wanted a Honda CR-V and Eric Halperin, my sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as he explained all the models thoroughly. I worked with Eric Halperin (sales associate) and Daren Tolbert (sales manager) mostly over the phone to work through the details and the deal. On Saturday, I went in to fill out paperwork and pick up the car and they made it such a simple process. Eric walked us through everything and we were out the door with a new Honda CR-V EX-L! I felt that they did everything in their power to take care of me as a customer. Eric also checked in with a courtesy call a few days after I took my new car home to make sure everything was going well. Thanks again Eric, Darin, and the JL Freed Team! More

Service department was great! I drove 40 minutes to service my car here and it was worth it. There's a TV and magazines to browse through while you wait. Why wouldn't I drive here for service? More

Express service was just that! Stopped in for an oil change without any appointment on a busy weekday. Asked what the wait time would be and was told about 45 minutes. 45 minutes Stopped in for an oil change without any appointment on a busy weekday. Asked what the wait time would be and was told about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I was paged with the work being all finished. Great service, done right, and all with pleasant knowledgeable staff (and great warm chocolate cookies as well). I will be taking my other Honda in a few weeks and can't wait to have another cookie!!
