Did the usual Edmunds/AARP and Consumer reports car buying service and received a ton of emails from dealerships all around. JL Freed had the second best price, but only $300 more than my best estimate. They matched it and gave me the "out the door price", so no funny business like low price car but high price added accessories. Mark who is a direct sales person and Debbie the internet sales coordinator were both very helpful. I spoke with Debbie several times before stopping in, Mark then took over and explained all the new technologies and available options. Both very nice. The bottom line is most people find the car buying stressful, given the cost of vehicles and barrage of "best deals" - so do your homework and the stop here last, It won't be so bad. More

Most went well Nov 27th Most went well. When simple oil change was completed, bill was paid. I was told by young cashier, the car will be there in a few minutes. I wait 10 Most went well. I wait 10 plus minutes and by curiousity went outside to find the car was outside of the service lane area and no one knew. Other than the 20% price increase for oil change, there are likely more suitable options for service MIke Sipes, always a great service person. More
