I received a call from my salesman, Pat Colucci to see if I wanted to come to the dealership to discuss my options. I made an appt for this past Saturday and decided to putchase vs lease a 2018 CRV. Pat was very helpful in providing my options and eased my decision making process. He was very thorough and professional but not overbearing which I truly appreciated. The entire experience was a very pleasant one! More
Great customer service I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment because I had a burned out front headlight. I was resigned to waiting a couple of hours for it I went in on a Saturday morning without an appointment because I had a burned out front headlight. I was resigned to waiting a couple of hours for it to be fixed. When I checked in, I asked at the guy at the front desk - and I'm sorry but I didn't get his name - how long it would be. He said he'd try to get me in since it was a simple fix. Rather than disrupt the line of folks already waiting and the technicians who were helping them, he replaced the bulb himself and I was out in 10 minutes. He only charged me $5 for labor. My family has purchased seven cars from Freed over the years. We service all our Hondas there and are loyal customers, I was very pleased to see that loyalty rewarded. More
