They have always be upfront and professional with me about all 3 of my Honda cars. The are courteous and conscientious about my needs, time, and budget! I have sent my 3 teenagers there with repair or maintenance needs for the Honda they drive. They have all been treated well and have learned about car care and driving/safety tips. More

Our sales consultant Jerry was patient with us and listened to us and def was not a high pressure sales rep which is what we like. He gets it and Freeds get it to! Having gone through a traumatic week following an accident where we had to quickly get a new car, Sean and Chris made the process smooth and stress free. A sigh of relief. Got my first Honda from them in 1999, acquired many Freed Honda’s in the past year and will continue to go back as their customer service and professionalism is top notch. More
