Ken and his team checked my car thoroughly and found no issues. I was treated with respect and Ken explained to me everything that was done to check over my car. This was my third service visit to Freed Honda after going to another dealership for 12 years (sales and service) with 3 Honda vehicles. Ken and the Freed Honda team have earned my business and my trust. I have recommended them successfully to one new customer and will continue to refer my friends and family to Freed Honda. The service staff are very friendly, respectful and professional and they do not suggest "required" maintenance as other dealerships often do. Quick Service Oil Change I came in for an unscheduled oil change. My car was taken right away. Staff were professional and helpful. Discounts were applied to the filter and I came in for an unscheduled oil change. My car was taken right away. Staff were professional and helpful. Discounts were applied to the filter and oil change. I was notified about need for wiper blade, air and cabin filter. I approved replacement the the wiper blades and air filter. The additional replacements were done in minutes. The whole process from start to finish took about 45 minutes. Waiting room is quiet, cold water available. This is my favorite service center hands down. More
