Been having difficulties with this dealership upon purchasing a new vehicle. My original sales rep was of little help in identifying a vehicle that matched or closely matched our car specifications r purchasing a new vehicle. My original sales rep was of little help in identifying a vehicle that matched or closely matched our car specifications requirements. After 2 months, we walked into the dealership and spoke to another rep, who identified a vehicle for us straight away and we purchased it. But then came the issue with the keys!! We were only given 1 car fob but 2 fob pouches with the secondary key fob on backorder. They also CLAIMED to have given us a second metal key - to which they didn't. So now we have been calling every week since the purchase of the vehicle 4 months ago trying to find out how to get the secondary 'skeleton' key to the secondary fob that was not mailed to us nor provided to us when we picked up the key fob. No luck! Level of service in buying a new vehicle is considerably poor and would recommend you go somewhere else. Also sign for every piece of equipment they supposedly give you so they can't take it back saying they gave you something when they didn't. Have escalated this to management 3 times and no one from the dealership other than the sales rep has phoned me back. Called parts, sales desk and service. All diverted me back to the sales rep that claims to have provided the key. After spending $70,000, you'd think they would be better at servicing their new sales. Service did take the vehicle back and fix the window tinting and car paint protection guards however a month later since folks were on vacation. I had to follow up with them repeatedly for scheduling this - but it has since been completed. More
