Thank you!! Victor reached out to me and resolved this issue within 1 week!! He was courteous and phoned me back when promised which was a complete change regarding my other interactions with the sales rep staff there. That's why he is in senior level management, I guess. He even introduced himself to me when I went into the dealership to pick up the key. He knows customer service and felt like he went out of his way to resolve my issue. 100% resolved now. It's depressing it took almost 3 months to close out something that took Victor 1 week.
