Small scratch I was very excited to buy my new car and that experience was great. The car had a small scratch(very small) so they agreed to fix it quickly. I scheduled an appointment a few days after my purchase and the appointment was at 8:30. I did not leave until 10:00AM so it took an hour and a half just to drop the car off. I was told it would take about 2 days and when I called on Day 3 they said it would be 8 total days. For a small scratch, that is unacceptable to go 8 days and on top of that they gave me a little Toyota Corolla to drive. I do not plan on using the service there ever again sadly enough and I just got the car. Terrible experience. More
