Mack was so easy to work with. He showed us several Jeeps and le us drive each to determine which one we liked the best. The was absolutely no high pressure sales here. I was looking for a used car for a first time driver. After looking over the dealer inventory, I believed I found the perfect car for my needs. The day I was going to take it for a test drive was the deal breaker for me. Immediately after starting the car, the check engine light came on. I let the sales person know that I will never purchase any car without knowing why the check engine light is on. (It could be something simple or something serious and I wanted to know just how bad it was.) The sales person agreed to plug the diagnostic computer into the car to find out why the light was on. About 5 minutes later he came back and informed me that the manager refused to let his mechanic run a quick diagnostic. Why would a dealer refuse to spend 2 minutes to see why a possible serious light is on? My best guess is the dealer already knew why the light was on, but did not want to inform me of the reason. Maybe they were hoping I would let it slide? I don't really know. I do know that I will never return to the dealer after that little fiasco. More

The location of Jt's Chrysler Jeep Dodge is not in the area I live. I do not mind driving about 30 miles to the dealership to have my vehicles serviced there. I have confidence and trust the diagnosis the area I live. I do not mind driving about 30 miles to the dealership to have my vehicles serviced there. I have confidence and trust the diagnosis and recommendations to keep up with the maintance required to maintain my vehicles in safe and operational conditions. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer; 2010 Nitro and 2012 1500 Ram truck. We are totally satisfied with the overall experience form purchasing to service to customer service. Was told I had 30 days to pay tax, tag, and title. They cashed my check after 20!!! Not happy with that at all!!!! Have made several phone calls, and am not even close to being happy with the end result. T cashed my check after 20!!! Not happy with that at all!!!! They have even gone so far as to trying to blame me for it happening! To make up for it, they should either pay for it, or at least give me some money back! More
OMG!!!....I sent in a price inquiry to this dealership through my Credit Union's car buying service. First I received three emails from this dealership from 3 different people....which wasn't too bad but through my Credit Union's car buying service. First I received three emails from this dealership from 3 different people....which wasn't too bad but then one of the salesmen called me and tried his "high pressure sales" techniques on me. After the first call he called back again 10 minutes later to ask me more questions....and then a third call 5 minutes later with more questions. Twenty minutes later he calls again...I was pretty pissed by then so I didn't answer. He called back immediately 2 more times and finally left a message asking me to call him because he had "one final question"!!! I finally replied to his email and told him I had purchased a Jeep at another dealership just so he would leave me the xxxx alone!!! (which I did the following day) Of course he replied back and asked if I had signed the papers yet because he could do a "better" deal. delete-delete-delete. BTW....their car buying service certificate discount was a third of the discount I got my Jeep for from another dealer......RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP or better yet don't go there in the first place! More

The dealership is a very clean place and the staff is amazing. They find exactly what you are looking for. I really liked the fact that Devalle Robinson did everything he could to find us the perfect veh amazing. They find exactly what you are looking for. I am in the military and was traveling home to see my parents when they informed me they were at a car dealership about to purchase a new vehicle. I was alarmed and asked them not to continue til I had arrived to check out the sale. Unfortunately the sales punk had already closed the deal. My parents mind you are in their mid 70s. Age normally would not be a problem in my book however my father had a stroke 2 weeks ago and is not coherent in his thought process at all. My mother while better than my father said she felt pressured to accept the deal when she only went to the dealership to look at the nice new cars. So, what made this such a bad deal? How about this sales punk talked my parents into trading in their car....And then sold them a 1 year old (New..Right) car for $9,000 dollars more than they had it advertised for. 29,000 for a 1 year old Chrysler 200! The trade in by the way was upside down for only 300.00 dollars at a poor book value rating. which by the way will be sold as perfect since the car has only 30,000 miles of easy driving on it at 35mph!Way to go Dealership great Job if you are only out for the bottom line! Which part of seeing my parents barely able to walk into your dealership made you feel like these are the perfect suckers to make your entire month off of?
