Impeccable Customer Service From start to finish, Dolly was an absolute dream to work with! I credit Dolly with making this experience both rewarding and enjoyable. In fact, I strongly encourage leaderships, at Jack Daniel's Audi, to investment in Dolly's ongoing development; you have found genuine talent! Given this was my first leased vehicle, I was unsure what to expect principally around process and procedure. As such, Dolly willingness to provide around-the-clock assistance was greatly appreciated. Also, with health/safety concerns at an all-time high, Dolly's white-glove approach was immediately noticed and truly appreciated. One thing to note about Dolly is: she does not make false promises. For example, Dolly insisted on providing me with pictures and videos of the car, prior to submitting a holding-deposit. However, despite the inconvenience, Dolly ensured the my request was met and by 8:00PM EST, I had ample pictures/videos, of my pending investment. (NOTE: The car was at the warehouse, making it inaccessible to Dolly until after standard working hours). Throughout this process, I was made to feel empowered, which enabled me to make an informed decision, that has brought me great personal satisfaction. Thanks again Dolly! More

The only place you should buy an Audi! Mr. Gent is a real gentleman and he is very knowledgeable.
