During a very difficult time for our entire nation, I had the unfortunate timing to need a new car. I found what I was looking for on the Internet, which led me to Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus. I contacted t the unfortunate timing to need a new car. I found what I was looking for on the Internet, which led me to Jack Daniels Audi in Paramus. I contacted the dealership and received a phone call from sales associate Luis Perez. Since I reside about 300 miles from the dealership, I didn't even know how to begin the purchase process because all of New England was in "lock-down," with businesses closed and people "sheltering in place." I asked how I could proceed with a purchase when I couldn't come and test drive the car or even meet at the dealership, and Mr. Perez allayed my fears. He and the team at Audi Paramus - including Mr. Kim - were willing to work with me, share documents via email, and bring the deal to a close without knowing exactly when I would be able to take delivery of the car. "As soon as possible... I'll keep in touch with you," was the best answer I could give them for about three weeks. Mr. Perez kept his word and handled the whole experience with the utmost integrity and professionalism. JD Audi staff waited for me, even though I would imagine they could have sold the car several times during those weeks. The day I arrived, Mr. Perez walked me towards my car and as I came around the corner I could see he had placed a huge red bow on top! I was thrilled because I had been feeling badly about delaying my pickup date. The big red bow told me that my business was appreciated nonetheless! I will never forget this terrific experience and will sing the praises of your company and staff for years to come. More
