The attention to details, cordiality and respect to me and my family was remarkable. Not only a memorable experience but also helped me to actually make the decision. The customer service provided definitely was worth it. When I arrived at the dealership, the car that I was looking for initially was already parked and available. Luis was already expecting me to guide me on all my questions. During the entire process, Luis made sure I was always receiving the proper attention and explaining all the steps required. I will definitely recommend acquiring a new car at this dealership and more specifically with Luis. He definitely deserves a hand of applause. More
