On second thought, I wrote this review 8 days ago, the day I picked up my car. What I thought was a pleasant experience has turned into quite the opposite. It started with a snapped windshield wiper that flew off the car less than 24 hours after getting the car, the second the wipers were turned on. Then came finding out that my $500 deposit was not factored into the down payment, only to be corrected by ME calling and making sure this was corrected and refunded. Then, the only key fob that came with the car stopped working and caused me to have a 2 hour delay getting home. Which then resulted in my wife being stranded with with car and me having to drive back and forth to get batteries and the key fixed since Audi didn’t think to put a fresh battery in it before giving the car away (common sense). Then it resulted in what was supposed to be a 1 hour programming takes 3 hours and nobody thought it was smart to give an update or anything as I’m sitting there in the dealership waiting. Then the car comes out, and they messed up the infotainment center so it had to go back in and I was about to leave with a rental car before they were able to fix it. I’ve come to realize that his Audi dealership will call you, text you, and leave you voicemails to get you to come in and purchase their vehicles, but once that is done the rest doesn’t matter. To say I am disappointed with how things have transpired since my purchase on Monday the 13th is an understatement.
