I had done some research on the eGolf and was curious but equally cautious, as my previous experience at another VW dealer nearer my house was infuriating. My experience at Jack Daniels was quite the opposite. The salesperson, Paul, was knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, and most importantly, came across as a person of integrity. He took the time to introduce me to the Service team, walk me through the pricing aspect, and even stayed after his shift, post-sale, to educate me on some of the additional features I might have missed during the test drive. Overall a great experience, and hope to return to this dealer when I am back on the market for a car. More
