I went to two other VW dealerships before this interested in a Tiguan. The first one.. average.. but not willing to work with us that much. He’s personable, will sit there with you and help you through EVERYTHING, will talk and listen to you to understand where you’re coming from, and will even help you contact your insurance company to help you get the best set up. He made car shopping and buying so easy and fun! I would recommend Jack Daniels Volkswagen and Mike specifically to anyone and everyone I know.. and I plan to! I bought my Tiguan two weeks ago from Mike and to this day he still offers to help me learn more about my car. The customer service at this dealership was amazing. More
