I got a quote on my new Palisade that I was satisfied with. The dealer held to it and delivered my vehicle within 2 weeks of the initial delivery date. Me and my wife had been in the search for a Palisade for a few months and had already been burned by a couple dealerships, either by getting the price switched on us or having the dealership selling the car a few months and had already been burned by a couple dealerships, either by getting the price switched on us or having the dealership selling the car we reserved to another customer. I am glad to say we had a totally different experience with Jack Giambalvo thanks to James and Mike. From the beginning, I was upfront and transparent with James with what I was looking for in terms of features and pricing, and he reciprocated that approach very well. He was clear, helpful and quick to act to make sure we could get a deal done. As we had to wait about a month for the car to arrive, we did most of the negotiation over the phone and even then I felt like James took his time to work with me to make sure I had a good experience. When we arrived at the dealership, the finance manager (Mike) walked us through the entire financing process and was happy to answer all of our questions. I specially appreciate that he was honest with the additional warranty offers and didn't try to use any sort of fear tactic to get us to spend more than what we were comfortable with. Overall we spent one hour at the dealership and it was by far the smoothest car purchase I have done. Both James and Mike were very friendly and helpful, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
Sales is a 5 star rating. Ed Ditzel is top notch. Service is a 2 star. Tried charging me for things I didn’t need. I had this happen twice. I was told I needed a whole new headlight assembly…. Service is a 2 star. Tried charging me for things I didn’t need. I had this happen twice. I was told I needed a whole new headlight assembly…. I only needed a bulb !! Told me my car wouldn’t pass inspection because of moisture in the tail light… False !! I am a licensed state inspection mechanic. It should only fail if it doesn’t illuminate. I asked them to show me in the inspection code where it is a fail due to moisture in the tail light. They obviously couldn’t do it and ended up passing it. The mechanic never did admit he was wrong. Then to top things off, the mechanic blasted me on Facebook due to my job at the time. WOW Really !! Totally unprofessional. More
