The front end of the car was shaking badly at 70-75 mph along with some sputtering to the point I had to pull over and have it towed to Jack Hanania Buick GMC. No check engine light came on. I spoke with Daniel from the service department who ensured me they will take care of it while we were on vacation. After having the car for about four days and no response from anyone I decide to call and check the status of the vehicle. I spoke with a different service advisor and he told me that we had to rebuild the engine on a 2018 Chevy Malibu that have been running fine for the last five years. The service advisor told me the cost to repair the vehicle was $ 14,000. So I said nope I'll take it to another dealership. I loaded the vehicle on a trailer and brought it back to GA to my local dealership. My local dealership did a diagnosis on the vehicle and told me only repairs I needed were tires and an alignment. No issues with the engine, head gaskets, or turbo all which Jack Hanania said needed replacing. Beware of this dealership especially if you are from out of town. More

AVOID this dealership, GMC or CHEVY. BUYER BE WARNED, excellent chance of getting scammed and ripped off. 100+ horrible reviews should be enough to convince you. They will LYE and DECEI BUYER BE WARNED, excellent chance of getting scammed and ripped off. 100+ horrible reviews should be enough to convince you. They will LYE and DECEIVE you. HIDDEN and undisclosed fees. The price you see is not the price you get, charges several THOUSAND OVER MSRP. Dealer reviews are 1.7 NOT 4.7. The 1.7 is only because you can't leave 0 stars. They won't disclose GM incentives. Any good review means they don't know they were ripped off or don't care. They say that they can get away with this because of market conditions however people are suffering from high gas prices, inflation, soaring food costs and don't need to be SCAMMED. Extremely DECEPTIVE and UNDERHANDED practices. Do your research and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Goes for service also. . More
I purchased pre-pandemic and got a car at a good price. The salesman didn’t know much about the car other than what was on the sticker. We did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. They paid off The salesman didn’t know much about the car other than what was on the sticker. We did a test drive and then sat down to talk numbers. They paid off my trade-in which was fair. When the salesman came back with the numbers from finance, it was astronomical. I gave them the opportunity to be honest because you can easily look up the average interest-rate for your credit score and do an online calculator to find your payment. I asked to see the breakdown and simply let them know that the additional charges would not be paid by me. If they wanted to remove them, I would take the car. If not, I’ll leave. After much back-and-forth the manager finally said OK I got the car at the price I wanted. Can’t complain. It’s very simple by the car at the price you want. They either want to sell it or not. More
If I could give no stars I would. I bought my GMC Acadia a year ago and I’ve had nothing but problems costing me thousands. I am a mother of 11 and have spent more on this vehicle in I bought my GMC Acadia a year ago and I’ve had nothing but problems costing me thousands. I am a mother of 11 and have spent more on this vehicle in 1 year than I have my whole family. The owner makes millions off people and unfortunately I was one of the unfortunate that got my head ripped off. More
Same experience as others here. 10k markup on prices, 4k "family plan" tacked on, cannot opt out. Low offer on trade. Overall bad experience and a waste of time. "family plan" tacked on, cannot opt out. Low offer on trade. Overall bad experience and a waste of time. More
Called to get pricing on a vehicle on their lot and pricing for my trade-in. Came back with pricing the made sense for me and I asked about any manufacture rebates and any other dealer fees. They res pricing for my trade-in. Came back with pricing the made sense for me and I asked about any manufacture rebates and any other dealer fees. They responded that there was a $2k rebate and there was a dealer fee and a market adjustment fee. I then had to ask what those additional dealer fees totaled. They then responded that there was a $900 dealer fee and a $7000 market adjustment fee. If I wouldn't have asked he would not have disclosed these fees. I am not opposed to paying over sticker due to current market conditions but this should be disclosed without me having to inquire. I would have a 4 hour round trip drive to buy this vehicle and would have been extremely upset if this was "sprung" on me after visiting the dealer. Buyer beware!!! They are charging on this vehicle a 15% dealer upcharge and this was not disclosed until I pressed them. Speaks volume about their ethics. More

I wish I could give this dealership NO STARS! I spoke with a salesperson regarding a Yukon. The price was $62,660 with the GMC $500 discount. Went to the dealership and when presented with financing of t with a salesperson regarding a Yukon. The price was $62,660 with the GMC $500 discount. Went to the dealership and when presented with financing of the car, they had an additional $8,000 due to low inventory. They also added $3,995 for a family plan, which included a lot of nothing!! Also offered me $31,500 for my 2016 Yukon which according to KBB was worth a trade in value between 32,500 and 38,000 with the medium price being $36,000. When asked why the value was so low, was told that they consider all trades fair condition for trade in. My car was in good condition not fair, and even had tires that were less than 2 months old. We drove 49 miles to purchase a vehicle that the MSRP on their website stated was $62,660 only to be presented with a price of $75,000. When I asked why the MSRP was different on their website I was told GMC will not allow them to change it. So be aware that the price on their website is NOT what they sell the vehicle for. Again, the price difference was $12,000. The manager also told me that everything was more expensive right now. He gave me the example of what is going on in the housing market. I explained houses APPRECIATE, cars DEPRECIATE! Also advised him that it is not financially smart to pay $12,000 over MSRP. Told the manager that their dealership is very deceitful. The sales person should have told me the difference in price before I drove so far. They also told me that all the dealerships are charging these prices. That is a lie. Bought a nicer Yukon with a lot more options for a lot less the very next day at Coggin GMC. Call other dealerships……Coggin nor Nimnicht charge over MSRP. There are probably others as well. I only called two dealerships and neither are gauging their customers. More
