Bought a used car that cost me 3900 in funds to get ready for sale but had issues 5 min after I drove it off the lot, skid plate came off, tire sensor broken, flat tire, and the seats badly torn. Purchased a used car with 4000 miles for $60k. During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good During the process I was constantly told that it was “basically new” and that they had completely gone through the vehicle to confirm it was as good as new. After purchasing the car, about 20 miles down the road a check engine light came on. I took it to a Toyota dealership the next business day and they informed me that sensors had been removed, and that the service history for the vehicle showed that Hanania Chevrolet had worked on this issue on the vehicle prior to selling to me and manually reset the code. The carfax also showed they had worked on it. Hanania refuses to help with the issue as I “already got too good of a price on the vehicle so it is not their issue.” Steer clear of this business, they will do whatever it takes to make a sale (even maliciously covering up issues), and then be no help when you simply ask for them to keep up their end of the deal (a fully functioning, like new vehicle). Don’t think it won’t happen to you, this dealership has no issues with fraudulent business to make a sale. Save yourself the headache and Go to other dealerships, there are plenty of other cars on the market right now. More
