Tim, the finance manager has always been just as helpful and took the time to explain everything to my understanding. I knew it was going to be a pleasurable experience when Ms. Doniver called to let me know she would be aiding with the financing of a car. Her tone was very hospitable, proficient, and made you feel comfortable. She called me back in a couple of days as she stated, letting me know I can pick up my car.
