Nissan Montgomery AL "forgot" to pay off my trade in vehicle which caused my credit report to be effected with late payments. Also entered the incorrect employer which changed the employer trade in vehicle which caused my credit report to be effected with late payments. Also entered the incorrect employer which changed the employer on my credit report and when I went to apply for credit card I was questioned because the change of employer on my credit report reflected I have only been working at a new job/employer for 2 months. I would not recomment this Nissan Dealership in Montgomery AL. More

I just purchased my brand new 2014 Nissan Altima SV at Jack Ingram Nissan, from a unique individual, Landis Richardson. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them. Landis’ "no pressure" approach and the competitive pricing made my purchase decision stress free, and that really made an impression as well as a difference with me. I spent several hours at Jack Ingram, but it was well worth my time. Upon my arrival, after looking around for a few minutes, Landis came out to the car lot and asked me what vehicles I was looking at and he made me feel comfortable right away. He was very patient with me, explaining the advantages of purchasing a 2014 model versus a “new”2013 model. His product knowledge was very helpful; he asked questions to learn which features were most important to me and guided me through the various cars and packages to equip my vehicle. He was always focused on me and went over and beyond to make me happy. He gave me great support, service and solid advice. After a test drive and choosing a 2013 Maxima, as well as an 2014 Altima just in case things didn’t work out with my first choice, Landis and the financing department worked tirelessly to get me financed and to keep me informed the entire time. When Landis came back to his desk, to give me the good news, he brought me a bottle of water and told me that it would be a better decision for me to go with the 2014 Altima in order to maximize the full warranty and that the financing would better suit me and my budget, which I really appreciated. He was honest and up front with me. Landis and I got in the golf cart and he drove me back out to the car lot to make sure I chose the exact vehicle and the options I wanted and he assisted me with picking out the best interior color to compliment the exterior color. I wanted my new car to have a different look and Landis made it happen for me. With Landis, he is with you through the duration of your car purchase. While waiting on the paperwork to be prepared, Landis filled up the tank with gas and came back to the dealership and he spent all of the time I needed going over features. He showed me how set my phone up with the Blutooth system which was a great help and he was more than willing to go over the technical system and the apps to give me that needed extra help. He assisted me with removing all my personal items from my Maxima I was trading in, and within the hour, I was on the road driving home in my new car, exactly as promised. Landis made sure he was available for me when I came back Saturday morning to get the car detailed just as he promised before I drove away Friday night. He wanted to insure I was happy with my new Altima and he was ready to answer any questions I had. Landis is a five star salesman that shows passion, care and concern for his customers. In fact, this has been my best new car purchase experience ever! The Jack Ingram management team should be very proud of Landis not only as a great salesman, but also as caring, compassionate person that truly shows he cares about his customers. I cannot thank Landis, the sales and finance managers enough for everything they did for me and making me very happy with my purchase. The Jack Ingram Nissan dealership is professional, the showroom and the waiting area is very clean and the staff makes you feel at home. I went into Jack Ingram just to test drive a Frontier and get an appraisal on my truck. I had my figures down and knew what it would take to get myself low payments.
