He confirmed the car was available and when I arrived to look at it, he had it pulled in front of the dealership with a sign that said Welcome Anne -- he even spelled my name correctly. Oh, and prior to getting there, he sent me a video where he showed me the vehicle and all of it's features. Was THE BEST sales experience I've ever had and I've purchased a lot of cars. After we got home and started reading the manual we had even more questions via several phone calls and Patrick was of great help with things we didn't quite understand. He and Bill Kain put together a longer term extended warranty because we keep our cars longer than most people. Lee Griffith was very helpful explaining the extended warranty. Much appreciated. We've bought all our Fords from Jack Kain since 1995 because of the personal service we've experienced. More

Our salesperson, Mike Flaugher, was wonderful. Prior to driving to Lexington Mike and I had several calls and he understood what we wanted on an Escape. He had two of them on the lot and sent us vidoes of them. We were given a good trade in on our 2014 Ford Flex Limited.
