They went over the appraisal and ask if we were interested. We ask if we could go home and discuss it farther and would call on Saturday morning. Well, to make this a short story. We traded and bought the Mustang, Lou Ann helped us with the "going over the buttons" and we really appreciated this time spent with us. Bill even had a driver go to London, KY. to pick up the Mustang and had it ready for us that evening. Kain has the best customer service in the trade/buying process.
