Fantastic Buying Experience I was looking for a new car and decided to look online at Jack Kain Ford. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and I contacted the dealership. I was looking for a new car and decided to look online at Jack Kain Ford. I found a vehicle that I was interested in and I contacted the dealership. Frank set up an appointment for me and I came in the next day to check out a 2016 Ford Edge. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Bill, who was helping Frank out that day. Bill was very genuine and I didn't feel any pressure to buy a vehicle on the spot. We worked out a deal and I left for the day to think it over. The next day I called Frank and told him I was going to purchase the vehicle. I asked to have everything ready upon arrival and it was! It took a few minutes over the phone and 15-20 minutes in person and the car was in my possession! I was very pleased with the friendliness and ease of buying a new car. Frank also took the time to go over all of the features in the car and asked if I had anymore questions. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends! More

Both Jack Kain and Bob Kain came over at one point and shook my hand and told me how much they appreciated me coming to their establishment, even though I passed so many on my way from Nicholasville. They really helped me out in finding a new truck and getting the right protection and warranties on it to keep it covered for a long time. The really do treat you like family. Could not have been easier We were looking for a new Explorer in Limited trim with factory hitch and had talked to several local dealers. None had what we wanted. Saw one on Jack Kain website so we drove over late evening to check it out. We liked it so went on the site to request a quote for best price. Got a call from Patrick early next morning, made plans to go test drive that evening after work. Greeted promptly, made to feel at home. Did paperwork for financing but banks were closed by the time we got all done so had to wait until next morning. Patrick called about 930 next day said all was approved and in order. Went to pick up at lunch, finalized paperwork and back out in about an hour. Had several follow up calls from the dealership to make sure we were happy with everything, some of the nicest people we've ever dealt with and we'd gladly work with them again next time we need a car. More
