He was able to answer our initial questions about some of the new safety features. After we got home and started reading the manual we had even more questions via several phone calls and Patrick was of great help with things we didn't quite understand. He and Bill Kain put together a longer term extended warranty because we keep our cars longer than most people. Lee Griffith was very helpful explaining the extended warranty. Much appreciated. We've bought all our Fords from Jack Kain since 1995 because of the personal service we've experienced. More
