The only other charges you would incur would be options like warranties and such, added in the finance office. Once you choose your vehicle, our goal is to have you on the road, driving your beautiful new vehicle in under an hour. No haggling for hours and hours. The price you see is the price you pay. A true passion for cars, customers, and family. Lexington native Jack Kain knew long before purchasing his first dealership that he would spend his life working in the automotive industry. The son of a dairy farmer, Jack learned the true meaning of a "hard day's work" at a very young age, and although he appreciated and respected his father's line of work, he knew that it wasn't for him. While attending the University of Kentucky in 1947, Jack sold cars part time. It came to him easily, as his customers picked up on his honest approach and genuine concern for their satisfaction. Those qualities would soon define Jack's reputation in his community, and after spending several years stationed in Alaska during the Korean War, Jack returned home with high ambitions.

We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience with our One Price Best Price model. 99% of our guests absolutely love our One Price Best Price model. For most it is an escape from the stressful negotiations routinely seen at car dealerships. All of our marketing stresses our One Price philosophy, which allows our guests to be fully aware of the pricing before they visit our store. In fact, most people who visit our store do so as a result of our pricing model. On occasion, when a guest is adamant about negotiating the price of a vehicle, we do our best to explain why we are unable to lower the price due to negatively effecting the integrity of the program. We are sorry that we came across in a negative manner when you insisted on negotiating the price of the vehicle. The particular vehicle that you were interested in happened to be a classic car that was very unique. In fact, there were only 6 for sale in the United States that matched its unique content. We are sorry that you did not feel the pricing on the vehicle was fair, but based upon the limited market data we had to look at, we did our best to price it fairly. It is currently our number one viewed car on the internet. The previous owner shared with us that he would occasionally take this vehicle to car shows and had won a few trophies over the years. Again, we are very sorry that you did not have a good experience and wish you the best in your search for a vehicle.

This response proves that your sales team is more interested in being right than being customer oriented. I will continue to caution anyone considering this dealership. Mr. Kain even texted my husband to complain that I wanted to see justification for the price. A 2004 solara with 192,000 miles is not a classic car. I hope other buyers will take note of your response and shop elsewhere.
