Quick Lane is just that. QUICK! I arrived at the dealership to find that they were very busy and almost decided to wait until an other day. Glad I didn't. The problem with my car was diagnosed in a timely manor and was able to be repaired the same day. The Works maintenance was done very professionally at the same time.
