Took the advantage of having a driver pick up and return my car from my home. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance and was told someone would pick up my car between 8-11 am. Finally someone came at 11 my car from my home. I made this appointment 2 weeks in advance and was told someone would pick up my car between 8-11 am. Finally someone came at 11:30 am. Although my car was kept overnight it was not ready until very late afternoon at which time there were no drivers available. I was offered an Uber at no charge, however I did pick up my car myself. I have had my Ford for 12 years and have had all my maintenance and service done at Jack Madden Ford. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! More

Jack Madden's Service Dept to the rescue. I traveled from out of state as a contractor to Dedham for an installation job. My truck started throwing a bunch of lights on the trip down, I calle I traveled from out of state as a contractor to Dedham for an installation job. My truck started throwing a bunch of lights on the trip down, I called and they initialization said they could get me in tomorrow. I explained my situation and they told me to bring it in right away. It was my right front hub assembly that had gone bad. They had it turned around and ready for pickup at lunch the following day. I would definitely recommend this service department and would use them again. Great job. More

Unreliable, unreachable, difficult to work with. Inflexible, uninformative.
