Great friendly dealership I went into Jack Madden to look at a 2016 F-150. Al met me out on the lot with a smile and no pressure attitude. We spent over an hour and a half lo I went into Jack Madden to look at a 2016 F-150. Al met me out on the lot with a smile and no pressure attitude. At no point was he anything but helpful and encouraging to make sure I looked at everything and drove what I needed to to make a decision that was good for me. price gouging I called on a mustang they had on the lot. They gave me the price at full retail and would not go any lower. Then right when I was going to put a depo I called on a mustang they had on the lot. They gave me the price at full retail and would not go any lower. Then right when I was going to put a deposit on my credit card and pick the car up the following week they raised the price ten thousand dollars saying the demand for the vehicle was high! To me that's poor business practice! I feel bad for people who have had this happen to them. I asked for the owner to call me and they had some Kris guy call and say basically that's how it works on a high demand vehicle. They already make enough money on their vehicles as it is and Kris agreed but with the demand that is their policy to raise the price higher on vehicles according to demand I guess! More

We told Al we were looking for a preowned truck he showed us what they had and after a few minutes we found one that we liked.Al explained to us that it was precertified and what that entailed.
