Al was my lead salesman, and was incredibly helpful. He was able to find me the only car that I had liked all day, a 2006 Taurus, and at a great deal! Eva the sales manager, and Lee the finance manager both worked incredibly hard to get me a great financing rate. All in all, you'd be hard pressed to find another dealership on Route 1 that's as helpful as these guys. More

The paperwork, insurance transfer and registration changes were all managed by the team at Jack Madden and this could not have been any better of any experience. Al Abramson Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took Al was the only sales rep that came outside when I got out of my car. He was friendly and approachable. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took me over to the model I was interested in purchasing. He told me I was the most important customer and I felt it too. I must say I felt listened to and valued as a customer. He showed me cars in my price range and let me test drive the car. He even bought me an Ice Tea! then we went back to the dealership and sat down to haggle which was pain free. I left that day in a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. More
