Was not expecting to buy but rather look around as I was looking for a car. Johnny Rodriguez was our salesman and he was wonderful. By 4:45pm I was test driving a 2016 Ford Explorer and @ 5;15pm (Closes at 5) I decided to buy it. Johnny was knowlable, Pleasant and patient while I made up my mind. My favorite part was NO PRESSURE yet had me making up my mind easily. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Johnny! Kathleen Sheridan More

Buyer Beware! This place is a SCAM. I could talk about how rude their customer support team is or perhaps how snarky they are when you are trying to get a quote. Bu This place is a SCAM. I could talk about how rude their customer support team is or perhaps how snarky they are when you are trying to get a quote. But, I’d like to focus on the fact that they are liars. I made them an offer for a car in writing. They respond “My Boss says he would like to do the Deal…. But he has to see the [trade in].” Great! I drive in they evaluate the trade in and give me exactly what I was asking for but, the price was $5000 over the deal they said they would do. Called out the sales manager Sean and his response was “I never agreed to anything!” A representative of your company did. Basically they are performing a horrendous bait and switch. They lie to get you in the door and then don’t offer their claims. I have been to multiple dealers and purchased multiple cars. A surprise $500 document fee? Annoying but ok. $5000 extra out the door? I’m willing to bet their sales manager has a get people in the door quota so he is willing to misrepresent to meet it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs! More

Unsatisfied Customer The same day we bought our 2015 vehicle we noticed a problem when driving on the highway. We spoke with the service department immediately and scheduled an appointment. After numerous attempts, driving back and forth (we live an hour away) getting a rental car only to be told we needed to bring it back because the part wouldn’t be in for two days and they wouldn’t pay for the rental for two extra days. Also being told we can’t diagnose the problem on a Saturday those are our oil change days. So I’m using vacation time to drive back and forth an hour to the service department only to be told at the end “Sorry we can’t fix the problem and are done we have made enough attempts”. I go to another dealership and they find the problem after the second attempt. Not once did a manager reach out to me, I had to do all the calling and chasing people down. At the end of the day was still let up to the consumer to fix. Bad customer service!!! More

Beyond showing me everything I needed to know about the car and answering all my questions, he was patient and understanding and made it a very comfortable experience.
