They were all professional and friendly. Andy went out of his way to be sure we were highly satisfied. He did not pressure us and he answered all of our questions. After all the paperwork was finished Andy explained how to program/work everything. He even went under the truck to be sure we had the correct keys for the spare. We also had some accessories added to the truck. Andy followed through and made sure all of that was taken care of for us. There was no pressure to buy something we didn't want. He made sure to continue asking us what we wanted, and he eventually found a perfect vehicle for us. We were able to test-drive and look at several vehicles until we settled on one that fit our needs. We also got a surprisingly high price for our trade-in vehicle. I'll echo a couple others in saying I was hoping for the full tank of gas, but that's a minor complaint. All in all, a pleasant, professional and issue-free deal. More
