Pacifica Gone Wild I worked with Angelo most of the night after meeting Svet who had 3 other deals (dude is seriously popular). He took care of the plate transfer and transfer of other items from our old Terrain into the new Pacifica. Pacifica was washed. My only ding against the dealer and customer service was that we were promised a full tank of gas as part of the new car purchase, but we left with a half a tank; it was already 10:00pm at that time and I didn't feel like continuing to wait. When we come to dealership person on front door desk talk to us and after I introduce my self we was seated on table where will come salesman who will deal with us. Few minutes latter to table come young toll man who told us that he will help us. Right away I show him what I saw on their web Dodge Grand Caravan and discounted prices for clearance 2018 Dodge passenger van. This young man shock me and my friend when he told us, that, this price is only for leasing Van on, I don't know how many years. He started explanation about why is that price so low and sells price is different, much higher. That moments I was ready to give up on Van and go home and continue search for new car. If any other salesman was there with us I will go, but this good young salesman get me and my friend ( 25 years dealer) to start believe whatever he say. Whatever we ask he got answer, of course many times consult senior MGR in office. Hour latter we went to big parking and drive my new Dodge back to front store to sign papers. After everything my friend and me talk about everything connected to this deal. We found, what I write before, if some other salesman was there to sell me car we will go home with same car we come there. Johnny Dakic is one who make me spend all that money on new Dodge because he is great salesman and his personality and honest, I believe people respect and follow.
