Ryan is amazing! I came into the store looking to buy, Ryan was the first to greet me and help me get started on what I was looking for. I told him I had time restrictions and he said he would do everything he could to get me out with the timeframe. He was extremely friendly well versed in his knowledge of the vehicles and is the main reason I purchased from Jack Phelan. I just wish I would have had someone like Ryan while I was dealing with the finance department. I asked many questions and was directed to “review the paperwork once we were done” I was told to continue signing even when I was asking questions. I requested to not purchase gap insurance from the dealership, and was told that it was not apart of the purchase. I reviewed the sales doc and I found that the financial service guy added on even after I specifically requested not to have it apart of my purchase. Due to the fact that I pay for gap/loan insurance through my auto insurance provider. When I mentioned that he stated that insurance providers do not offer gap. Still I requested opt out of that option. I also asked if he could bring the price down a bit to make it more affordable and without even asking anyone or looking into it he just said no. More

They helped me find some delicious eats before my trip back and we talked about so much in such a short amount of time it felt like I had been in town to visit a friend. The van is much different than I'm used to and Pasquale offered to help me learn to drive it. He was thoughtful to my needs every step of the way, and everyone else at the dealership made it a pleasant, exciting atmosphere. They even called about an hour into my drive back just to check in and see how it was driving. I could have asked them anything, they were attentive and receptive. Great experience! My husband and I walked in with a car already in mind. When we arrived we were informed that the price tag was not what we were expecting. It was ours by not reading the fine print regarding the car needing to be leased and not financed in order to receive the incentives. We had Ryan as our salesman and he is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable with the whole new car buying experience. He worked with us and we still got a discount on the car which was great. Aside from buying a new car, my husband got a great tasting donut out of the deal lol. I would definitely recommend anyone I know looking for car over to him. He will make you feel right at home. More

BEST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Id like to start by saying it takes a lot for me to jump on line and write a review. In this instance, it is the least I can do for a team of individ Id like to start by saying it takes a lot for me to jump on line and write a review. In this instance, it is the least I can do for a team of individuals that went out of their way to make certain my used car buying experience was "review" worthy. I'd like to start with my salesman, Joe Bautista. Joe was the first to greet me when I walked through the door. I had my eye on a used Chevy Traverse that unfortunately had been moved off the lot. Joe was quick to secure the vehicle and had it on site for me the next day. With an extremely hectic schedule and sleeping child in the car, I explained to Joe that I did not have the time to talk numbers but would like some time to look over the vehicle with my wife. Without pressure and without asking, Joe was kind enough and offered for me to take the vehicle home for the evening to test drive it and look it over. This allowed my wife and I the time to look over the vehicle on our terms and at our pace, without any pressure or someone breathing down our necks. My schedule was such that I returned the vehicle a day later, but could not talk numbers until the weekend. In the meantime, there was no pushy sales calls or text messages or threats that someone was interested in the vehicle....just pure honesty and patience. That honesty and patience that Joe had for my hectic schedule, is what ultimately won him the sale. I complimented Joe on his approach and extended my sincere gratitude. Long story short, Jorge Soria, Joe, and myself had a fair discussion on the price of the vehicle, met in the middle, and both parties were happy. Prior to walking out the door with the vehicle, Joe and Marcin Gacek in finance, worked closely with the owner, Tommy, to secure dealership pricing for a few Chevy parts that we were all aware needed replacement. After all, it was a used vehicle, but the parts savings that they passed on to me were substantial which helped me to afford the vehicle in the first place. In summary, it was the most pleasant used car buying experience I have ever had. Give the guys at Jack Phelan Dodge a try, I am happy I did! More
