AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP; They have very poor ethics in my opinion! They lied about the extended service contracts. They told me that I would get a loaner car if I had to have a repair done, but that was opinion! They lied about the extended service contracts. There's only three loaner cars available in the first place (as told to me by several mechanics), the salesman said the mechanics and shop are a separate entity and he couldn't tell them what to do, and I didn't get a loaner car. I had to rent a car for seven days -at a cost of over $750- while I got two tires fixed. The rental cost more than the warranty paid for! There was a delay getting the tires, but a local shop already had the tired in stock. I could have saved a lot of money by NOT buying the extended warranty and getting it fixed by a local shop. If you already bought the extended warranty, you can cancel it! Write a letter to the dealership stating your intent to cancel the contract, note the date and mileage in your cancellation request, include a copy of the contract, and that's it! The cancellation policy is in the contract. It is my opinion that Schmitt Chevrolet in O'Fallon will say anything to make a sale, including blatant lies. I think this dealership has a serious ethics problem in regards to business, and it goes well beyond the stereotype of a car dealership. This dealership makes ALL car dealerships looks bad. More

My awesome new Traverse! I had been looking for a new vehicle for some time. My Husband and I took a trip through the Jack Schmitt lot. Arron Cox came out to help us and shoot I had been looking for a new vehicle for some time. My Husband and I took a trip through the Jack Schmitt lot. Arron Cox came out to help us and shoot in the crazy cold rain as we went from car to car. He graciously opened doors and let us sit in them. I left there to drive an Acadia at a diff dealership. I was not impressed with the selection or the salesman. When we were ready we went back up to see Arron and I am very glad I did. I got an amazing car and deal. Go see Arron for all your car needs.
