HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reached out in interest to a 2018 accord touring and James reached out to me! Advised him of my situation, and what my interest were! Reading the reviews I was already skeptical of reaching out cause I see they don’t treat customers right, but gave it a chance! I told James I wanted to see a bill of sale before I submit my application! He seemed so helpful(at first) and stating” we do our best to help our customers!” LIESSS! Stated he would get me a bill of sale over so I can see the numbers, never bothered! Sent ANOTHER text stating hey haven’t received anything, no response! So finally get a text from James stating he attempted to call and text but went to voicemail(LIES) I have Verizon, and never missed a call. So Tuesday morning started the process again with the application, ended up needing a high down payment. I asked if my mother co signed would that work! He responded yes it should work, however my mother wanted a bill of sale. FINALLY received a bill of sale, and my mother and I re filled out the application, only to find out 2 hrs later, I get a text from James the car sold! So basically you all ran my mothers credit KNOWING the car was sold or selling, and made hard inquiries!!! My mother is PISSED, and definitely reaching out to her attorney to see what could be done! because A, the vehicle was in process of a deal, and the fact they STILL RAN HER CREDIT to other banks knowing this, is illegal! SO no this dealership is horrible!!! I see why their Google reviews are so horrible!!!
